Terms of Service
Last updated October 19, 2026. LyteLoad is made by LyteVision Studios (contact: lytevisionstudios@gmail.com).
Using LyteLoad
LyteLoad is software for backing up, organizing, delivering and billing photo and video work. By installing or using it you agree to these terms. You need a valid license key to use LyteLoad's uploads, emails, billing and updates.
Beta software
LyteLoad is in beta. It may have bugs, and features may change. LyteLoad checks every copied file against the card, but you are responsible for keeping your own copies: please don't format a card until you've seen that its backup finished and was verified.
Your content and accounts
Your files, settings and data belong to you. You give LyteLoad permission to read your cards, write to the drives and folders you choose, and use the accounts you connect (calendar, email, cloud storage) only to do what you set it up to do. You are responsible for the emails and invoices you choose to send through LyteLoad, and for following the rules of the services you connect. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
Your license
Your license lets you use LyteLoad on the number of computers it allows. Please don't share keys outside your team, copy or resell the software, or try to get around the license check.
No warranty
LyteLoad is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, LyteVision Studios isn't liable for lost files, lost profits or other indirect damages from using LyteLoad, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for LyteLoad in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending use
You can stop using LyteLoad at any time. We may suspend a license that is misused. Files already on your drives stay yours.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? Email lytevisionstudios@gmail.com.
